I was reading the can of whipped topping, you know, the kind you shouldn't have on the ice cream you crave. It is only 1 carb per serving and there are 66 servings to a can! I don't know what family the person is from that decided the serving size, but they were not from our family. The can barely served the 8 of us! If you limit yourself to 5 carb servings per meal, you can consume the whole can (well, not the can that has extra carbs), rather the contents there in, and you have your meal! What great news is that for a Monday!?
More great news…yes, I am wound up and I have not ODed on sugar. Sometime this week we expect to welcome Nathan as our first grandson, second grandchild. Pop-Pop is excited as all get out. Please keep my daughter, Suzanne, in your thoughts and prayers as she, not the baby, had some medical issues at birth and ended up staying for 3 more days. Thanks!

Congrats on the new grandson. Alos the happy Monday news, although I hope that won't be one of the first meals you serve your grandson. We have not even done that yeat at The Cake Lady's Tuesday night Girls Night dinners with her two great grandsons. She always includes other carbs with her Whipped Cream.

Thanks. her has ultrasound changed the date from the 6th to the 12-13th. She forgot to tell me! today was her last day working. She works for Volvo. She is delighted with the arrangements they have made. She will get paid her maternity leave, plus, as she wants she can work from home. After her maternity leave pay runs out, they will pay her for the time she worked while on maternity leave. They really want her to come back. She is the supervisor of an R&D team and apparently has made it a very productive team. We will see how it all pans out.
