Have any of you tried any of the high fiber low carb tortillas? The first brand I found was La Tortilla Factory. They have the big burrieto size ones that only have 12g carb if I follow the rule I was taught. That was subtracting half the fiber from the carb to get the net carb. But I'm wondering if that is true now because I just bought 2 other brands and they were subtracting the whole fiber grams from the carb, so coming up with a lower net carb thna I did. Any one know which way is the correct way? I have found that the La tortilla factory tortillas don't move my bg hardly at all and sometimes depending what I'm eating with it, my bg will drop slightly.
