The last few days I have found that after every meal for about 2 hours I feel very queezy. I have not really changed much in the last few days. I have only started measuring my portions again, but am still eating the same things.
I am not really a sissy, and can handle a good bit of discomfort, but this puts me down really bad.
I have read that some people with high sugars feel sick when their numbers get lower. Mine have been dropping a lot in the last few days, and I was wondering if it might be that or something else?
