The last few days I have found that after every meal for about 2 hours I feel very queezy. I have not really changed much in the last few days. I have only started measuring my portions again, but am still eating the same things.

I am not really a sissy, and can handle a good bit of discomfort, but this puts me down really bad.

I have read that some people with high sugars feel sick when their numbers get lower. Mine have been dropping a lot in the last few days, and I was wondering if it might be that or something else?

I think I narrowed it down to pumpkin seeds...yep, pumpkin seeds. I have been adding them to my salads and because I couldn't imagine they were the problem I didn't even consider them. Then I was fine for a couple of days and I added pumpkin seeds to my lunch salad and bam...on my back again. I threw them out, and have not had a problem since.

I really had thought it was stress, and have not ruled that out completely, but I like that it is a food that I can skip and not have to suffer. works for me! LOL

Thanks...it is most annoying. I feel fine when I lay down, but as soon as I am up for a little while, I feel sick again. My levels are elevated and I know it's because of this. I will give that a try. Does Glucerna work as well?

It might, Gabby. The Glucerna shakes and also Boost Glucose Control are both made for diabetics, which I like. It would be worth a try.
