I have been "going green" for years. I have a compost in my back yard, recycle everything my kids call me a fanatic…lol Food…everything fresh, from local farmers market, meats I have to make sure there are no added hormones or anything else, nothing in a can. so yeah Im going green…
I am glad to see so many friends doing this. This could be sorta cure for diabetes(all fresh stuff). Wouldn,t that be a blessing…

Not sure what you mean by the Green lifestyle but I assume that you mean reduce, reuse, recycle and eat natural foods. If that's what you meant, I have been doing this for years. Old hippy!!! lol I buy organic or all natural foods. Very little packaged food. I make my own whole grain breads and pastas and cook from scratch most of the time. I buy my eggs and meat locally from organic farmers in the area. My vegetables and fruit (as much as I can) from the farmers market. etc… I am a 'buy local' advocate for several reasons. It's fresher, it didn't take a lot of gas and oil to transport it, and it tastes better. :) So I guess I live a pretty green lifestyle except maybe for my electricity consumption being on the computer all the time lol
