I have been having alot of pain in my left arm. It's not muscle or joint pain. It kinda seems like that pain is just barely under the skin. I did interferone shots every weeks for a year back in 2004-2005 so I'm wondering if it's never damage, maybe poor blood circulation or something related to my diabetes. I have taken tylenol and tylenol arthritius but neither have help.

I have pain but I thought it was due to mainly dialysis. I had several fiatulas put in both arms. I had a transplant and none of my fistulas are working. I think I might have a pinch nerved too, never thought about it before. Will have this checked next MD visit. Thank you guys!!!

Yes, a pinched nerve, go get your neck checked, I have a pinched nerve that was diagnosed as carpal tunnel for fifteen yrs. Only to find two discs and slipped in the top of my spine/ this causes pain from shoulders to hands, numb or dead hands/ last year I got out of bed and could not lift my left arm for at least six hours. I had an wreck over twenty yrs ago and I guess thats when it happened. Ive had trouble eversince. My side of the car was hit by a car going over 75 miles perhour. I died on the way to the hosp, broke my hip and was unconsciouse for about five days. So to make a long story even longer yes a pinched nerve, people have them and never suspect that could be going on untill it is discovered. If one exray doesnt find it have a mri. Yes I know its expensive but it could chng you life, just by knowing you dont have carpal tunnel, then have surgery for that and that didnt help cause you still have pain and numbness. Hope I dont scare you but if you ever fell you did and thats not a mayber unalign your spine. You have so many prob. because of just a small fall.

Thanks Nam,

I think I will mention it to my endo when I see her in a week. The shots I and to do in my are where chemo shots, (one a week for 12 months, alternating arms and legs) for my hep c. I experienced some pain like this during my treatment and the doc said possible never damage but it stopped when the treatment stopped. Now it's been acting up again for about a month now. I'll defianatley check it out.
