I was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2004 and I have been keeping it
under control since. I control my Diabetes by weight control I go to
the Gym 4 days a week sometimes not unless I'm working. But I would
love some tips on how to keep the weight off once I get where I wanna
be. I'm in the process of becoming a correctional officer and I've been doing
good with the weight loss but I just wanna make sure that I keep it off. I've
been big all my life never sloppy with it just big. I have my goal witch is 220
but the correctional goal is 216 so believe I'm doing what I have too to make it
happen. My blood sugar ranges from 78-90-98 102 is the highest. When I found out it was 137. Didn't take me long to get it back down. "I wasn't playing with this shit at all lol". any kind of suggestions would help thank you. Sorry so long.

Exercise, exercise, exercise!

Cardio is best but weight lighting will help with high bloop pressure, heart rate, and your a1C. The more muscle you have the easier it is to lose weight. Fat likes fat, so the more you have the more likely more is to grow (and return!).

Continue to eat healthy and exercise!! Thata's what is keeping me at the pre-diabetes level right now. i even added a little something to my exercise regimen about 3-4 times a week. LOL I brought back the kid in me; I purchased a hoola hoop and its so much fun!! wishing you god's speed in your endeavors…
