Last week we were talking about water and someone had found a product to flavor water that he said was really good. it was called Yum Drop or something like that. Does anyone remember the name and its web address? I don't like to drink water but i thought if it was flavored good it might get me to drink more. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

www.WebMD.com has an article on artificial sweeteners, very interesting.

Just a note: Did you know some of the artificial sweeteners like aspartame cause gas in some people.Something to watch for when using artificial sweeteners.

YumDrops are good but so is Mio liquid water flavor. No sugar and they have some really good flavors.

I discovered something that might get you to drink more water. If you like cucumbers, scrub up a cucumber and peel it. Scrub a lemon and slice both the lemon and the cucumber into a half gallon pitcher. Fill the pitcher with cold water and place it in the frige over night. It gives the water a nice lemony fresh taste and is quite refreshing on a hot day over ice. My husband likes it and he can just barely tolerate bottled water.

I like Crystal Lite. Lots of variety and also comes in single serving packs you can add to bottled water.

I like the Kool Aid Fun Fizz … lemon, grape and/or cherry. There are many options out there for sugar-free alternatives to pop and sugared variations of drink mixes and tablets. The secret? Be a meter reader!

I never heard of it but I use one called Mio. It has no sugar and no carbs.

I just started using Mio-they just got it out here in Phoenix. It's so easy to use, and you can adjust it to whateverever amount you like, being a liquid and all. I really reccommend it! Wish they would get lots more flavors, too :)
