I drink a lot of water,and some juice. I always check for the lowest sugar level in jiuces. I drink 15 milk an 1 ten ounce cup of coffee with splenda and fat free half and half every day. I bake whole wheat or bran muffins with splenda. I do not buy processed foods. My big problem is that when I am home I want to eat and eat. That is 1 reason I walk so much.
