I am trying to controll my BS but it is really difficult to do this on my mine own. I get bored with the plain veggie, fruit, meat thing. I need to have at least two choices at work cause sometimes everyone elses junk food looks better than my healthy food. I do labor work and am really hungry at lunch time which iis at 10 am then I am hungry again at 2 pm when driving home and stop at a drive thru. I get tired of reading the labels cause I also have high BP and Cholestrol, so if it has low carbs then it also has high cholestrol, or if it has low cholestrol then it has high salt or sugar in it. I am confused but I really need to get all three into check, cause I want to live a long time.
