dont dispair! I once was told be a former Dr. that if I lost wieght, my levels would come down along with my HBP. Well, the HBP come down a little (very little!).
I found out the hard way, that having my blood sugars come down intails much more than food. Stress, eating, my mental attitude, all aspects of life, influence my levels.
I also check all my medicines thoruoughly on line. read up on anything and everythng your on. Jot down any notes and ask your doctor about them. It may be some meds your on counteracting your blood sugar levels.
hope this helps. Been there.

I am so proud of you! that is fantastic!!!

I am not sure why your bs hasn't gone down. But, you're in the right place to find out. I will have to track this one. Oh… I would be so much happier 80 lbs less. How did you do it?

I am 4'11 and I weigh 218 pounds…

Regardless of the bs's you must be thrilled with yourself!
