controlling after work snacking

I do fairly well sticking to my food plan with one glaring exception-that time between getting home from work and sitting down to dinner. I cannot stop from snacking, okay maybe bingeing, and it's not on carrot sticks, unfortunately…! Is anyone else struggling with this time of the day and does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

I switched to yogurts, man did I hate them at first.. But now I love them and very fulfilling to me anyway, but with any animal we have the urge to binge! we just have to take it in moderation and pay the piper when we check out blood sugars.

I have a snacking problem after supper. I do real good all day like you do and I eat a good supper around 5pm. But for some reason around 7pm I start snacking, chips, dip, sugar free cookies & candy, or frozen yogurt is my usual choice. I like carrots and celery but I have a problem eating anything crunchy with my new dentures. If you can eat crunchy food raw veggies are the best.

I guess I feel like I try to have veggies (raw and/or cooked) at lunch and dinner, so am looking for something different. Thanks for sharing though!
