Here is a very interesting article that may interest some diabetics.

A study was conducted among male diabetics to determine the relationship between low testosterone levels and diabetes.

Low 'T' precedes diabetes. Males begin to lose 'T' per year beginning shortly after age 18.

And yes, low 'T' means you usually have high 'E'. And estrogen dominance will easily make a male diabetic.
