What about breakfast cereals

Hello new here and curious about breakfast cereals, I enjoy Kashi but reading the label shows high crabs anything out there in this category

It's bets to not eat any kind of cereal. Kashi isn't good for you either.

Believe it or not, plain old eggs, or perhaps a veggie omelet is an excellent breakfast.

I used to eat one egg, 2 oz of greasy sausage, and 1/2 grapefruit every morning for nearly 9 months.

My cholesterol was darned near perfect, blood pressure and blood sugars were awesomely fantastic.

Of course, I barely ate 6-8g of carbs a day.

I haven’t found a cereal yet that has less than 5-6 net carbs per serving. I had to stop eating most foods that contained more than 5-6 net carbs per serving and that includes all cereals. I now drink a protein drink first thing upon getting out of bed and 2 hours later I drink my fiber supplement along with 1 cup of coffee with one oz of sunflower seeds. Seems to hold me till lunch.
