I had all my teeth pulled and what a (good) difference it's made in my health

I also had a bout with tachycardia (rapid heartbeat) for which they have found no cause.
I've given up all sodas. Given up all caffeine except if I go out I'll have iced tea but limit myself on that.
I've lost 10 lbs so far which is a good thing, as I have quite a bit to lose. I find that food just doesn't have the same attraction for me it once did. I'm still only able to eat soft foods. I just don't have the same desire for chips and candy I once did. I eat a lot of low-cal puddings and different flavored applesauces. Soups sometimes. I'm really still recovering from oral surgery I had just a week ago to fix a problem I still had with my lower jaw. It feels like the stitches are just starting to dissolve.
Anyybody else out there have any experiences like mine to share?

Glad you're doing well Linda! My bride Jem had tachy (and a lot of other medical challenges). She was a heart patient 20 yrs when she passed.

My experience is similar to yours about foods (although I still have my teeth).

Blessings to you and yours, Linda
