I can see how stress causes my numbers to go bananas. Thing is for sometime I've been under a LOT of stress a lot of the time.

There are a number of things that is stressing me out. One of them is not having a doctor that seems to actually to want to help me learn how to best take care of my diabetes and other medical issues. So, yeah I'm stressed about what permanent damage is happening. If I wanted to kill myself, I'd do it. I don't want to kill myself. I want to do the best I can to keep myself in the best health possible.

Cookie, I understand. Looking for a real 40 hour job for 16 months has put my numbers in the clouds.

Yes stress plays a big role with our health! Recently I was under a huge amount of stress and worry and my numbers shot through the roof! Remember some things we can't control, but some things we can. If your doctor is not helping you the way you feel he should, find another doctor that will give you the care you need! Its very important that we have a good realationship with our doctor to establish a proper treatment plan. Also sometimes we need to adjust or change our treatment so a good realationship with our doctor is a must! There are many doctors avaiable so shop around and find one you are more comfortable with! This way you can continue a proper treatment plan that you are comfortable with! I wish you the very best and hope you find a doctor that suits your needs and is willing to work together with you towards a healthy treatment plan! God bless!

You got that right about the stress Cookie!

Kudos to you about wanting to keep yourself in the best possible health.

About your Dr situation, I don't know where you live or what medical facilities are available by you, or what other medical conditions you may have.

I'm sorry you're experiencing that and pray that your stress abates soon and you find a Dr with whom you can work.
