Okay, my original fasting numbers were over 300. YIKES. After meds and a nutritionist (which I fired), I have never gotten them lower than 150 in the morning.
Well, for the last two days, my readings have been their lowest. 102 the day before and 107 yesterday morning! YES.
I started weight watchers. So, I am eating better, more lean protein, better carbs (and less carbs), and started walking. I am up to 3.5 K (working up to a 5K at the end of the month).
YES. I am finally excited at some progress.
