Low Calorie Snacks
You embark on a new dietary plan of healthy foods and exercise, yet you miss those munchies. What do you do? Try low calorie snacks instead of the usual chips, crackers or ice cream.
Do you know that celery, lettuce, cukes, gr. peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower & broccoli have almost no calories.
A sm tangerine, 1/2 cup watermelon, 1/4 of a cantaloupe, sm. tomato, med. carrot, 1 cup plain popcorn & 12 pretzel sticks have only 25-30 calories. Your body will thank you for it

I like 1 cup of plain low fat yogurt with thawed frozen fruit. I add 1 packet of Splenda or Equal. It's delicious
