So what graced your table for Easter dinner? My loving and very pregnant daughter, invited us over. "Dad, this is your birthday dinner. It is almost no carbs". Started with a spiniach salad with the other normal veggies, snow crabs (you know, the crabs that you burn more calories trying to get the meat out than you cansume!), with broccolli. Desert? Yep. Homemade brownies with Splenda! We can't aford the snow crabs, but they were good for a change. I told my wife that we could have the same meal and just substitute spare ribs for the crabs!
