For some of you; you may want to turn your way of thinking around. I have made progress with my husbands diet but I wonder if I could help him even more by, on his days off, making dinner at lunch time, or would that cause a problem as far as feeling hungrier after his night time meal, or munch more.
I first thought that if I read right that carbohydraes, which are hardest on the body as being a diabetic, but give energy, as does protein so then I thought that his body would burn up more of the carbohydrates, thus lower his sugar level in the morning more than if he had it at his night dinner; which is sometimes late due to his work.
Anyone have ideas whether this works for them or not; if so could you tell me the pros and cons.
