So I started two weeks ago a personal six week challenge. I have gone to the gym everyday for 45 mins. Its been great. My goal is to try and reduce my medication intake.

That is great. Setting little goals like that is so rewarding because when you reach them you feel so good. It takes about 3 weeks for a new activity to become a habit so go for it.

Congratulations on working two weeks toward your goal. This what we all need to do with goals…take it one step at a time and before long you will be there and stretching your goal. Keep up the good work.

You Go!!! We can't reach goals if we don't set them, make them realistic and make them measurable. You're on the right track!!! It's when you write the goals down that you have the best chance of reaching them. Only YOU are accountable to staying with the goals you've set. Stop, Drop and give me 45… minutes!!!

Thats so true :-). Thanks for you support. It has been hard, days where i dont wanna go but i make myself get off the couch and go to the gym. I feel so much better when i have completed a work out, i feel very proud that o have been workin out daily for the past two weeks and my sugar level has been great too! That keeps me going as well. I encourage everyone to go out and try it.
