Recently on a 7 hour car trip I really screwed up my BG levels. Outside of eating what I have always considered a relatively healthy snack, hard pretzels, my eating did not seem to be too bad, but my BG was higher than ever. After the fact I read each pretzel was about 17g of carb, or 1 carb serving. So, I know that was at least part of my problem. My question is, have you come up with anything to eat while you are traveling, in you car, that doesn't blow your BG out of range?
