Can any one give me an answer? Two months ago my numbers were very high, 251 before eating & medicine and 162 after eating & medicine. Now that my dose has been change it is 97 and under before eating & meds and 86 and under after. One day it was 53 after! I just want to know what is safe and not safe numbers.
Thanks, MimiNana :-)

Yea, it's kind'a freaky how those numbers change like that. I went from 263 to 115 in the time ti takes to make a Bumstead. Now the cool thing about a Bumstead is cut it any way you want. Portion it out. I make my own whole wheat bread and am very particular about the things that I use in my meals. That 330lb digression to 220 is truly a epihany.

I would talk to my doctor. You dose may be slightly more than it needs to be if you are actually getting really low numbers - especially after a meal.

It sounds like your meds are working very well and might need some adjustment. I would talk to my doctor if that was happening to me because like Jackie said, a 53 is kind of on the low side. Everyone is different, but that is getting kind of close.

WELL IF YOU ASK ME , I'D TELL YOU 53 IS TOO LOW… MINE IS USUALLY BETWEEN 70-100 BEFORE I EAT AND I TRY TO KEEP IT NO HIGHER THAN 150 AFTER I EAT .[ I SAID TRY].MY DR SAID NOT TO GO TO BED IF IT WAS OVER 150…WHEN I AWAKE BEFORE BREAKFAST ITS USUALLY AROUND 70.I DONT THINK ANY BODY IS EXACTLY THE SAME ..THATS JUST WHERE I TRY TO KEEP MINE …IT WORKS MORE THAN NOT.
