Ok gang. another sugar holiday is upon us! What do you do to not succomb to these candy or chocolate easter treats, hot cross buns and other high carb foods, etc Especially those of us with non- diabetic kids and husbands who get baskets full of these "time bombs". I can't alway ask people to give up their sweet things for me.
Also just eating out of boredom or nervousness or whatever what do you do to take your mind off of it? . I try to do things that I enjoy like gardening etc doesn't always work—HELP!!!!!!
