I have found it so difficult to lose any weight. I have been the same weight for 10 years which would be good if I was slim.But I am not.
I try to count carbs, and have tried to add more veggies, but all the veggies I like are high in vitamin K and doctor says no. I have been on warfarin (blood thinner) for 4 years. Anybody have any great tips for losing weight.
