What do you use to keep track of your sugars/meals/moods/etc.? Do you keep a written journal? An online log? Or a phone ap?

I downloaded glucose buddy onto my phone, it keeps track of glucose, and insulin dosages, I love it. I keep a notebook of what I eat, I keep a journal of my feeling.

I have a chart where I list my morning/afternoon/evening/bedtime BG's; all the food I eat and the units of insulin that I keep in a binder. And I keep a food journal with calories and carb counts.

As for emotions, I'm a talker, so I tell people everything that's on my mind.

So far I just keep my sugars and I keep them on I want a smart phone to do it all on there but not at this time. I need to start with everything else but I knoda dont want to see all that i eat and the moods and the headaches and all that… I just got out of my denial like 3 months ago and I dont want all the keeping track to ruin it for me. So like they say baby steps… And i need to figure a way of doing it in a notebook or something.. Is any one has an idea of a way I would like to see it…

Thanks Paula

I would like to see it too … I've tried different ways, but haven't found a way that really clicks with me. I need some kind of format…

Good job, Paula! We kinda have to be obsessed with this disease! And, yes, I will let you know if I find anything good to use for keeping track of stuff.
