From a few days of highs i have been low today and my medication has been the same .
I know most will laugh, but today i have had a rough time with my girlfriend. Ive been heartbroken and feeling down all today. Can feelings effect hgow your body works? I feel stupid writing this but that is the only reason for me being low glucose levels throughout the day.

Have you eaten different today? More, less, different types of food? That plays a part in the puzzle. Usually I tend to be a stress eater, but sometimes stress makes me forget to eat or eat comfort foods.
Sorry you are having relatiionship problems.

As said, yes indeed. Emotions play a HUGE part in our glucose levels. Now I will say that emotions tend to raise levels, not drop them. So maybe you were stressing and had a bit of a relief today, thus the fall in levels.

If you are in doubt though, please talk to your doctor. Be sure to let him know the emotional situation you are dealing with as well as anything like food changes or even exercise adjustments.

Hi. Yes stress can actually make your body run high. I'm not sure about low but I do know that our emotions can effect our sugar. I'm sorry you are going through a rough time right now. Try and reduce the stress if possiable and hopefully you will get back to normal. I hope you feel better soon . Good luck and God bless!
