I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record but I'd say start a daily food log and record your BG numbers for the same day/time. Then see if you can correlate your intake to the variation in your BG numbers.

There will be a time lag of course. But I swear I can almost predict my morning number by looking at yesterday's food.

The main thing, though, don't react to a given spike (high no.) or valley (Low no.) in your BG by drastically changing you diet. That leads to a YoYo effect and can actually make things worse. Figure out which foods cause what reaction and adjust, MODERATELY, over time.

Works for me anyhow, sure hope you can glean something from all this. Don't know how to say it simpler, because it's a complex problem.
