Avoid Bloat and Water Retention

Choose smart veggies-Broccoli, cauliflower,brussels sprouts, cabbage, produce gas and bloating..choices with less, more asparagus, zucchini, squash, spinach.
Drink More Water -by drinking more of it helps your body retains less of it.
Slow down on the Salt - by reading labels to see if sodium is in low fat salad dressings, frozen dinners and canned goods.
Spread out your caloric consumption - try to not go more than four hours without eating something. When you load your tummy, this is a major bloat culprit and not pleasant to deal with.

I have not had salt since 2002 when the doctor told me that I had a heart condition, but I still retain water, so the doctor gave me lasix to take. I don't like them but it helps with the retaining water. Good advice!
