The last two summers, I had Blue Bell sugar free (Splenda) I did not go buy it all the time but sometimes. It tastes so good!! I alwys watched my portions. Now though I have read so much about Splenda, and I was worried, so I quit having anything with that in it a while back. I was thinking we might be better off with a light kind that is very low fat, but many say they are, until you read the ingredients and everything in detail. So to save me some time looking all around I'd like to hear what some of you eat. I do love those 'real' fruit bars that are low in fat and calories and have no added sugar and have 'no' artificial sweeteners but sometimes I want some ice cream! thanks!
