I've seen an offer on tv to recieve this book for free. They'll send it to you with your first delivery for diabetic products. But by calling 1-800-314-1183 you are required to need supplies. I am pre diabetic. I wanted to know if anyone has the book and if it is helpful. I haven't tried to look for it on my own. I just wanted to know if it is something I might want to try to find or not? Thanks for your help. Anita

I saw an ad on t.v. for a diabetic cookbook and when I called to get it (cause they said it was FREE), i didn't "qualify" because I had no insurance!!!! GGRRRR!

Cookbooks are great! I bought several myself! I do have my own supply company and like them a lot. The bad part is id have to switch to get the book. They have many titles online at amazon this is where I ordered my cookbooks. Check out the titles and you don't have to order supplies to get them! Yes they are wonderful to have and very reasonable in price! I even bought some of my diabetic cookbooks used on amazon! I got them all for only a few dollars each! I love my cookbooks they are a great help! You can even find them on ebay! Cheap! Its worth a few bucks to get all those delicious recipies! I also found several books on diabetes that I bought off amazon. They have been a great help to me! Look around, you can find several great cookbooks without having to buy supplies or switch companies. Good luck and God bless!

I'm with James, check and see if you can find it at the library. I finally made it to a few of my area libraries last week and found several Diabetic CookBooks. A some only had a few interesting recipes. I am glad I was able to look therm over and not have to buy a huge book. One had the Betty Crocker Living With Diabetes, but I already had an armful of 6 books so left it for later.
