Protein and fiber in each meal should hold you to the next meal time…well, that's what works for me.

Hi, I know what you mean! I'm on two different types of insuulin and what I try to do is eat very small meals through out the day as my doctor sugested. I will get a meal and eat a portion of it , save it , snack again on the same meal and it reallly works. Don't eat large meals at one setting. Just real tiny meals through out. Try and make the meal choices healthy ones. You can snack on veggies and certain fruits. For me I try and snack on tiny meals.the insulin does make me hungry and this does help! Also if I don't eat I run a risk of going low. That's happened to me a lot so the smaller meals do really help! I wish you the very best! God bless.
