Has anyone been able to lower their protein levels and get off lisinopril sucessfully. I plan to get Reversing Diabetes by Jullian Whitaker, but have any of you tried to do this.

No i don't know any one on lisinopril and i don't know anyone who has tried Reversing Diabetes. It is a very hard plan to follow, and people who have tried this always fall off the wagon. Also if you do plan on doing it just remember even is you reverse diabetes does not mean you are cured you will still have and be a diabetic.

The less medicines the better, as much as you can control and slow it down in any kind of reasonable managable way, is my felelings. Every action has a reaction as in physics. Remember it is easier to prescribe a pill and take a pill than change any bad habits. That pill just delays things a bit. I say try for less pills than more if you can manage it.
