I need to find some motivation somewhere! I don't know where mine went! I used to walk every day, now I can't get motivated to do it one day!!! I was anemic for the longest time, and now I just can't get started again. My A1C used to be below 6; now it's 7.5. And even though I know I need to, I can't get my butt up off the couch! HELP!!

Just remember that you are doing this for yourself. You want to feel good, feel healthy and energetic. Whenever I walk or jog, I know that I'm tired directly after, but 30 min through the rest of the day, you feel pumped up and alive. A feeling that most people don't get most days. Do it for YOU. You deserve it.
