really confused

So haven't written in a few days…I have been dieting for a month and working out for my second week…I have not lost a single pound and as a matter of fact I keep fluctuating..I really seriously want a steak and baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives… and some brownies m&ms and reeses peanut butter cups… all the things I love to eat but cannot have…

A steak is okay but the proper portion is the size of the palm of your hand and no thicker than a deck of cards. It should also be lean. Also your veggies should be twice the size of the steak. Good luck.

I found on nuts online some carob which is kinda like a chocolate chip and I ordered three lbs you can eat those instead of the chocolate and it is healthier… I mix it with my nuts like you used to be able to get the chocolate chips with the trail mix or when I was younger the carob

Yeah I can relate the steak is okay in portion but instead of the potato try sweet potato wedges bake it helps me to get my potato fix and is good for you in graving something sweet which many of us do don't foget veggies.

LOL ben there done that .
Stake is ok but the spud is a no no lol I know its the best part lol
What I do is just sey no to it sometimes I will have two or three m&m's just to have some I leave the bag up stars lol I keep no food by the tv lol
