Hello all! I was offline for some time (my PC pooped out), but I am back up and running and I can't wait to catch up and become active again. Especially since I've got happy news: My hubby and I are expecting kiddo #2; due in October. :)
Now for the business end of it — With my first pregnancy I had Gestational Diabetes, then was diagnosed Pre-DM two years later. Have since been able to control it with diet and exercise, but it's hard now as the cravings/aversions and morning sickness sets in.
Anyone have any tips for these early stages?
