Sometimes I can't find my gifts either on my profile. I know how to send one, but when I want to receive a gift I go to my prfile and can't find them? Humm I don't know what I'm doing wrong either???? Humm???

I have the same trouble too. Often I don't know I've received a message and/or gift on my profile "wall" until I get an email from DC on my Yahoo account telling me. Usually if I want to see it, I'll have to go through 3 or 4 pages of activity from "everyone" to find it. Even then it's easy to miss it. I searched for someone's wall msg to me and while I knew about when it was sent, I couldn't see it even though it was right there on the page in front of me.

Now I usually am satisfied with just seeing and reading the email from DC telling me I got a gift and/or message which has the message printed there on the outside email. Otherwise I'd be oblivious to wall messages. I usually have the settings on my activity tab set to "Only Tracked Items" with the box "Show only unviewed tracked items " checked. I do this because I do try to track every new discussion everybody posts, so I don't miss anything. Obsessive? Maybe!

Well, Tabby, go to the person's profile. It will usually come up on the "activity" tab. There's a text box "write a message" If you want you can write a message to accompany the "gift" or not as you choose.

Below the text box for the messages, there's a wrapped gift Icon with the words "add a gift". Select what you want from the offerings there, and then click on the share button.

As far as accepting gifts, there is nothing to do except perhaps thank the sender.

I think you were slightly confused (not the exact word I wanted but close - can't think of the exact word at the moment) by the needing to accept a friend request.
