This may not seem like a problem to a lot of people, but anytime I eat (even a snack) I get so sleepy I have to lie down and sleep. Sometimes I will sleep for 4+ hours. Its affecting my life, I miss appointments, have to take a nap at family functions, and forget going to dinner with my gentleman friend. I am yawning in his face. And then of course I have slept so much during the day that I am awake almost all night. What can I do to stop this slieepiness from taking over?
