If you have read this book, please talk about what parts of the book you enjoyed the most and how it has helped you live with diabetes.

Although I have this book and find it a great reference resource…for me the most invaluable book that I have picked up is Dr. Richard Bernstein's "Diabetes Solution" It is somewhat difficult to get through…but I have adopted his program and was able to reduce my blood glucose from 249 to 87 in one week!

I am so impressed with his philosophy that I am planning on giving the book to my Doctor and hope that she will not be offened!!

I am going to head to books a million to get this book. The only one that I have ever read was Diabetes for Dummies. I have to say, even with that book, alot of it still confuses me so maybe this book will help explain it to me better!

I've started reading this book, as I've only recently been diagnosed. I've found it incredibly useful so far. Something I really appreciate about it is that it's so full of hope. It has really helped reduce some of the stress with getting diagnosed.

I haven't read the entire book. That said, I gave it to a friend who was recently diagnosed. He said it has really helped him understand his diagnosis and how important it is to manage his numbers.
