Like "I have made this but used bell peppers as a base and stuffed them with the ingredients. I have also made a pizza crust from mixing "riced" cauliflower, fat-free shredded cheese, egg, oregano, and baking before topping with ingredients. For a really quick low-carb pizza fix, I use three Kavli Thin Crispbreads (total of 10 carbs and 50 calories), top with pepperoni and provolone, and pop in a 900W microwave for 45 seconds. The thin crispbread actually stays crisp!"
