Like "My carb goal for the day is 30-40 if I go over my B/S test the next morning is high. Example Mon to Thurs my sugar levels were 100 to 112 carb intakes for those days were low. Fri my carb rate was 102 (ate 4 slices of pepperoni pizza) and the next morning my sugar test was 132. Looking back on my record keeping I noticed the difference in the amounts of carbs I take. Oh, I am 70 yrs young and I have been on carb diet for 30+ yrs but in the past I kept it to 60 a day sometimes a little higher. I have been testing now for about 6 months since being pre diagnosed with DB. Fridays are my free days so next week it will be an American Hoagie with the works on a wheat roll. "
