Like "Nice recipe. Skip the tofu. It is an estrogen mimicker and is definitely not for men, and it will screw up a woman's cycles. Perimenopausal women may have very heavy periods and tofu/soy can worsen that condition. Also, cooking spray is oil and most oils in the US are now GMO toxic where the plant was GMO'd to withstand heavy app's of herbicides and pesticides. Moreover, common oils (corn, vegetable, etc.) degrade in cooking, making them slightly toxic. Coconut oil and butter are better for cooking and have more nutrients. Use organic, minimally processed. Better yet, look for raw sweet butter. Pasteurization makes foods a bit toxic too. Other than that, sounds good."
