Like "C&H is a brand name that stands for California and Hawaiian sugar company. Any brand that has the mixture of stevia and sugar would work or just use whatever sugar sub you use normally. It's no big deal. I think almond milk would also be a good sub if you want to cut out the milk carbs. Or, cream rather than half and half which is half milk and half cream and also contains disodium phosphate (read the label) many times that is especially hard on diabetic kidneys as well as everyone else's kidneys. I'd cut back half on the fruit to reduce the sugar carbs in the fruit and keep the fruit flavor. "
