I love herbs and I hope herbs can help lowering blood glucose level my nourishing the internal organs - pancreas, liver and intestine.
I think I mite buy this book. I like food with this in them.
i always use herbs and spices in my cooking and cut out or way down on salt.brings out the true flavors of the foods i love
I love using herbs, spices and flavorings in my food so this book is of great interest to me.
I love to expermint with these spice combinations and go from there. It makes everything taste better.
