September 14, 2008 8:52 AM this book helped bring into focus for me every basic and important detail i needed to know about steping up my diabetes knowledge up quite a few notches and di it in simple down to earth easy to understand language including great humor. this author knows his stuff and made me feel like i had a best friend and a great mentor all in one. with this book alone i was able to understand and learn everything i needed reguarding an insulin pump and was even able figure out all my basals and factors and ratios to set up my brand new insulin pump by myself once i received the pump.. before i even got to my pump trainer! I was thoroughly impressed, enjoyed reading the book and always HIGHLY recommend it to everyone with diabetes!!! |
