April 5, 2009 5:09 AM I practice the low fat cooking...very little fried foods, if I fry I use Olive Oil, grilling is good also, I am making myself hungry. |

March 7, 2009 11:32 AM I should be interested in this book though at this time I am not. We both have high cholesterol though so in the future yes I would, just right now trying to, well I should learn so I could mix with the carb...so yeah. |

September 22, 2008 12:02 PM I've had this one since March 22,1995 while living in Michigan. I just found it today again, haven't used it since moving to Indiana but will start again. There is so much info we can all use. I use to follow the Training Diet on page 19 There are so many good recipes in this book. I'm glad I found it again in my boxes I forgot to unpack. Have been carring it in a box since Labor Day weekend 1997. |

June 24, 2008 8:00 AM I inherited this book from my in-laws and have found it has pretty good recipes. It does give us the nutrtional information we need to stay compliant with our diet. ![]() |
