I have had this book for years and it is my go to book for information about any fruit or vegatable. It is well organized, like a dictionary or encyclopedia. It also has photos of all different varieties of each fruit or vegatable which is great for me since I am also very visual. Sorry to see it currently unavailble. I came searching for it to recommend to a friend. :( |

This book sounds wonderful and you can get it for just $11 used! What a deal. I will have to look into this. Thanks, this is great. I still have a hard time picking a ripe melon, I hope this will help.
