September 24, 2009 4:27 AMA book like this is just for someone such as myself. Most of the time when planning my diet, I strictly just count carbs and forget to concentrate on what is healthy for me. This book not only shows me the healthy foods, but also the low carb foods that really have a part in lowing blood sugar. |
