"I Feel Like Crap" Syndrome: What Lies Behind Daytime Sleepiness, Sleep Apnea, Diabetes, CPAP Tricks, and Much More!
The author grew up in southeastern Idaho on a small ranch. She was a “daddy’s girl” and could always be found in his back pocket wherever he went. He taught her that the best way to be healthy is to be preventative. They exercised every morning as a family, after the outside chores were done and the calves were bottle-fed. The author has a deep passion for educating others on prevention and holds degrees in the health sciences and health education professions. She is an active member of the LDS church and believes that the Words of Wisdom are the instruction manual for the body, mind, and soul. She hopes to raise her baby with the same strength that her mom and dad have.

September 8, 2009 5:32 AMI thought this book would be all about sleep and diabetes, but it covered much more. It is filled with some humor, some motivation, and some down home ideas for a healthy lifestyle. The author is realistic about health and motivates the reader to self help stratigies. |
