From all the reviews I would be silly not to check this one out!
good book good ideas
Affiliation with an Ivy League College doesn't make this a book you dont even have to open to know it is great, yet it truely is one of those books! I found the recipes to be simple yet taste filled little numbers! The numbers you will have after hving your next A-1 are well worth the wait/weight LOL. I lost approximately 12 pounds after using a few of the recipes to alter my meals for about 7 weeks and I then returned to the house diet of the facility i was receiving rehabilitation at and my weight returned to its average for the year. The small change in my eating habits made the difference even though it was a small chagne it was a change and made a drastic difference in my weight almost instantly. I hope you will buy it and try it too.
my wife has stage 3 kidney disease from a long term coma and this book helps us coordinate what we both can eat so we can make one meal at mealtimes instead of playing roadside cafe!
One thing nice about this book, I think this book might get someone on the right way of losing weight. I have lost a few pounds with this and need to get myself back on this regimen and stay eating healthy all the time and not when I just want to lose a few pounds …Debe
