the Multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical industry and exposes thr faults of the complex governmental regulatory systems-on both sides of the border or lack thereof. I found it very readable and filled with lots of information-some of which I was aware and more that bI wasn't. It certainly gives you a lot to think about. I realize we have to take our insulin, no choice there, may mayve other meds but we can and should give informed consideration to others. I did check and it is available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Carol
